Not a good a company from my experience. Had to move out my flat because the mould problem was getting so bad (in my 5 year olds room especially) and they werent interested. Had a broken door for over a year and even after multiple complaints still didnt once have someone come out to even inspect. They are being ripped off by their contractors which in turn means you will be ripped off. I left the property cleaner than when I had moved in and still had almost 300 deducted from my deposit. I would be surprised if any cleaning took place as was professionally cleaned by the same company before I moved in for 220 and I had to then clean everything from top to bottom. Just a pretty poor company in general that I would recommend avoiding but Im sure they have a good excuse for everything Regarding the mould, I left all windows open daily and fans on in the bathrooms to try and help but this obviously doesnt solve the problem. The flat has a bad mould problem. The kitchen door you are referring to is not what Im talking about. My entry system did not work from the moment I moved in and I didnt once have anyone come out to take a look even after multiple complaints. No complaint was raised when I moved in because I didnt want to have to wait on someone coming for my flat to be clean. I actually have videos from when I moved which Im happy to show.
