        My wife and I have just left this shop. I remained at the door but watched the assistant. He is the most unpleasant, unhelpful and rude person I have ever seen in a High Street shop. We all have bad days, but you can tell this is his norm. Very unpleasant when my wife queried the receipt. His mistake and he begrudgingly refunded her. Give this shop a wide berth.

        I have just been into accessrize shop & bought some children's items with 70%Off. I was overcharged on all items & was served by the most unpleasant , rude , gum chewing male . I queried my bill & was given a refund on 1 item . When I left the shop I looked at my bill & had still been overcharged . This shop assistant is not doing your business any favours , I certainly would not be returning here .
