Incredibily helpful and knowledgeable staff. I've come here to get my passed down wedding bands resized and engraved. They're soviet gold, but the smiths were able to recognise this with no issue. The price was reasonable and work done quickly. Not only that, but consequent visits for the purpose of getting adjustments was half the original waiting time (not to mention free of charge). I will definitely be coming again for any jewelry queries even after the shop moves to London Road. Thank you!

I run a small antiques business and am often asked by clients to make adjustments to items or some delicate restoration is required to make them ready for resale. Lukasz and the team are a fantastic group of craftspeople and are my go to resource in Edinburgh. They have completed well over 50 pieces of work for me including engraving/engraving removal, ring resizing, resetting of stones and the production of bespoke jewellery. All of this work has been carried out to an incredibly high standard and has in turn helped me maintain an excellent level of satisfaction with my customers (and my wife). Their customer service is impeccable. I have always been kept up to date with the progress of particularly challenging pieces of work, and have found all members of the team to be incredibly approachable. My engagement ring was a family heirloom and is a century old. Unfortunately, the band was worn down previously and snapped. This gave me a chance to update the shank to what I wanted and I was looking for a twist ring but to keep the original elements. Lukas did what we asked and I'm so pleased with my ring. It was also cleaned beautifully and I'm getting so many compliments on the shine of it. Really pleased and quick turnaround. This is the first ever custom piece I've ever had and I'm so happy :)

I am delighted to be able to wear my wedding and engagement rings comfortably again. Im so pleased we found this repair shop, the work is top notch, repaired claws, resized, cleaned, buffed up and shined enough to look brand new. Fabulous job, Id highly recommend.
