I don't know how we could have found a flat without Phil's help. We relocated to Edinburgh from out of the UK, with 2 kits and a dog. Which is challenging in itself, and more so in Edinburgh. Phil made it possible for us to find a suitable place. He was patient with all our requests, and helped with everything we needed to do or doubts we had. And all remotely. Phil gave us more confidence, and peace of mind that we will find what we are looking for. Anyone relocating to Edinburgh.

We will be forever grateful to Phil for his knowledge and assistance. Having finally decided to sell our house in London and make the move up to Scotland, we stumbled at the first hurdle of finding a house to rent. As we could not easily view the properties in person, we were immediately excluded from being able to rent. Finding Relocation Edinburgh turned our somewhat impossible situation into a relatively easy, straight forward search, and Phil was able to secure our house with his local knowledge and network of colleagues, and his sensitivity to how the rental market works in Edinburgh. We are certain that without Phil's help we would still be in London! Phil is an efficient and direct communicator who always makes time for the humanistic aspects of conversation, as well as the necessities, which in a busy climate makes Phil's services of a high standard. Phil takes note of all the criteria which we outlined, particularly in relation to the importance of schools and for peace and quiet and access to the countryside, as well as the city. Nothing was too much trouble, and the support he provided to us was invaluable, especially at a time of high stress for us. The process of securing our new home was no doubt in part down to luck, but mostly due to Phil's expertise and negotiating skills, and being able to communicate on our behalf as our advocate. Phil was absolutely fantastic.We were moving from west coast of Scotland to Edinburgh and we knew that rental market is absolutely crazy at the moment.With Phils help we were able to secure a flat in about two weeks.He is very knowledgable of the area and has great connections in property market.Highly recommend Phils services to anyone looking to secure property in Edinburgh hassle free!

Cant recommend Phil at Relocation Edinburgh highly enough. He was invaluable at sourcing a property for my son to rent whilst at university. Without his support and diligence wed still be searching. He proved to be understanding of the situation and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks Phil!

We spent months trying to find a flat for our university student in Edinburgh. We conducted our search remotely from the US and found it to be nearly impossible to even get a response to our inquiries. As the school year approached, and it looked like our daughter was going to be homeless, Phil was highly recommended to help. We could not be happier with his service. Within two weeks he not only found a place for our daughter, but found the PERFECT place for her. She ended up in the cutest flat in a prime location. Since we were over seas we had to agree to a lease having only seen pictures and relying on Phil's judgement having had seen it in person. When we arrived in Edinburgh, we found the flat to be even better than what we expected. If you are searching for a place in Edinburgh you must get in touch with Phil.
