        Well that was a wonderful surprise. I was just checking out the nearest arts supplies shop and Tapes Design shop came up. They're inside the Napier campus on Colinton Road but not knowing if they were open to the public, I phoned them first. I was needing a sketch book. The woman I spoke to, Angela, was extremely helpful. She wasn't sure though if given the current rules around covid the University would actually let the general public in, so she offered to drop by (she said she was going past my flat on her way home anyway) to personally deliver a sketch book. I paid using PayPal, an hour later she dropped it by. I doubt this is a regular service (free home delivery within 2 hours!), but I greatly appreciat the special attention and would definitely buy from them again. Be good to see the products on the website and be able to order online. Thank you very much.
