I went in to buy an outfit for my daughter's wedding next month. I was greeted by Sam. From the beginning she was fabulous. I explained my needs and that I felt awful as I hadn't lost the 2 stones I wanted to. She was incredibly helpful bringing lots of dresses to try, getting shoes, hats, bags. At the end I felt gorgeous in my new outfit and my confidence restored. Her colleagues were wonderful too, helping with zips and getting new things. I have forgotten one of the colleagues names but hope she recognises herself if she reads it. It was the most positive shopping experience I have had as a larger lady. Thankyou Sam and all.

Couldnt have been more helpful. Service was 5* - I dealt with a gentleman called Mark who was extremely helpful, even at short notice. He helped me to my car with my products. Brilliant service.

We visited today for Mrs G to look for a dress for a nephews wedding in a few weeks. Served by Amelie who really looked after us. Bring a variety of sizes fits and accessories to help us decide. Websites and online shopping have their place, but nothing beats attentive personal service... thank you.

My mum and I visited the store on Friday looking for a mother of the bride outfit for my wedding later this year. There was a huge range for my mum to choose from and Gill was so helpful from start to finish guiding us through different styles and accessories. She made my mum feel really comfortable and had so much knowledge! It truly was such an amazing experience from start to finish and I cant thank Gill enough for helping my mum find her dream dress, bag, shoes and hat - thank you!!
