Order took 2 and a half hours to arrive after it was ordered. Cold food when arrived and forgotten items - all in all just bleak!

I made an order today for 2 people. It never arrived. The UberEats app indicated a delivery between 20:00-20:20. I called the restaurant at 20:30 to ask for an update. They apologised and said it'll be with us in 10 mins. I called again at 20:50. They said it'll be with us any minute now and that the driver is just around the corner. I called again at 21:15 asking for a refund and they said they can't give me a refund, they need to speak to their drivers first as it's impossible that I haven't received the order yet. I said to them that regardless of what the drivers say, I want a refund immediately as I haven't received anything. The individual I spoke to said that he needs to speak to his boss as he doesn't even know how to issue a refund. I asked him that he does this immediately and he said he'll and call back soon. I received a call at 21:50 by the driver who said he delivered the order to us. I said to him that it must have been delivered to someone else but it's definitely not us. Not to mention that the order was still "heading my way" on the UberEats app with estimated delivery time of 20:20 and it was 21:50 at this point. I insisted that I get a refund and that we're extremely disappointed. The driver said they'll call me back. They haven't done so yet. I also messaged the support team in UberEats, who said they'll be in touch by email. I haven't received an email yet either.

Absolutely rubbish, rude, unhelpful and defensive customer service and late delivery. Whoever answers the phones needs a new job as they clearly don't have any customer service experience and the driver was greasier than the food.
