Cash Generator Edinburgh

As bushcraft said I had a bad experience,the lady with the shaved head the manager of cash generator like the power can so quickly go to your head I see, she is so rude extremely rude , I cant stress that, I also cant take away the fact they know there skill but they could find a better human to make there shop a pleasant experience, and other than her terrible customer service ,attitude, she seems lovely until you realise fake persona!I made a comment about a broken bit of a tv I was going to buy, then its a barrage of abuse about how she is superior and its not broken because Im manager and Im qualified to look at hovers and Nintendo games for scratches .. yeah but her attitude is repulsive and Im Taking it further I dont dislike anyone but I would have a better less tense time if she got moved or sacked

Trying to renew somethings over phone and staff member just says I'll get somebody to phone you thank you bye so they have bad attitude! Not too friendly any more and they just seem not helpful at all. Just hope this staff member doesn't void my ticket as I want to renew. Some staff are OK but few aren't too friendly at all. When you phone you want to renew this product but staff member shouldn't be like this towards me! Be careful people!

Great wee shop,very friendly and will take all factors into consideration,if any. Staff very educated with knowledge of what they are both selling and buying. And seem to go that bit extra to help you. Reasonable prices with top quality stuff. Rx

I absolutely love this place me and my husband get alot of respect and he has a good chat with them to if you respect them they'll respect you and we all now David can be a pain in the arsebut they no how to take him and deal with him with his ADHD they're really good but as I said you show respect so will they they is no other place I go than hear because I no they look after you're stuff and cheek everything they sell to and it's the only place my David likes to go where he does not feel judged or talked about the girls are lovely to chat with but just remember to be nice and act how you'd like to be great as person not someone behind a count they have feeling to .
