Staff is polite and willing to try to mix the color you want to order. Although you have to make your decision and pick the color you need on the color tone cards, if the color finally doesn't perfectly match, I can still take it back for slightly adjustment. If you don't know the color code of your original painting, they suggest customer to pick a coin size of sample from the wall to the shop for color matching. There's plenty of tools selling to help your painting job, including brushes, paint removal tools, aprons and tapes, etc. Love this little paint shop that you can get all you need in one go.
