        I had a roof leak on my third storey tenement flat. Probuild sent a couple of guys over promptly just to assess it, but when they saw it was only a fallen tile they hopped out of my velux to secure it back in place. Didnt even ask for any money for the job. Was a great relief to get it sorted so quickly!

        Our guttering was blown off the roof of our 4 storey flats, 2 weeks before we were due to go on holiday. We rang around a few places but eventually settled on Lee. He was polite, friendly and offered us a great price. He came out and installed the new guttering while we were away and offered us a 10 year guarantee on the work. More than happy with the service and would use again. Service: Gutter installation
