So far great experience, booking system has flaws but the possibility of talking and having an appointment with doctor the same day you contacted them without having to wait for weeks is just brilliant, staff are very helpful and polite.

Horrible system of calling in to get an appointment - they should have a queue system, instead you have to keep calling in until you get through

Absolutely brilliant. Been a while since I had a check up however I needed an emergency appointment as Inwas in pain and could not function properly. They managed to squeeze me in last minute and fix all of the issues. They talked me through each step, they completed the job quickly and efficiently. Brilliant.

I seriously cannot ever get ahold of them for an appointment ever. Phone line is always busy and I sometimes called five days a week and cannot get through.

Doctors, Nurses and Receptionists are lovely but PLEASE add a waiting line when a patient calls. It always says caller busy and hangs up automatically five seconds later when I call, itll be easier on everyone because then we know where we are in the waiting line and how long itll take. Other surgeries have started to do this and it ensures first to call gets an appointment first. Been calling for Forty minutes and nothing
