I had a very positive experience buying a flat with Neilsons. The process itself was long and stressful, it took 10 months during which 2 properties fell through due to mortgage delays and unforeseen circumstances on the sellers' side while the 3rd one reached completion. During this time, Anthony dealt with placing offers and Laura with conveyancing. Both of them were very professional, supportive and responsive. Whenever there was an issue on the seller's side, I felt they worked hard to resolve and explain it while also communicating it clearly to me. I am very grateful for their service.

I recently sold a properly with Kirsten Olverman and had the best experience. Im a young first time seller and was apprehensive and anxious about what the process would entail but Kirsten reassured me and took care of everything every step of the way. Excellent communication with updates and feedback from each viewer. Kirsten made my selling process so easy and seamless. If I were to buy/sell again, I wouldnt hesitate to reach out to her.
