        What a poor customer service. Was asking guy behind counter to open trade account and place order, he told me to come back tomorrow. I asked can I do it today his answer was "better if you do that tomorrow" lazy seles team. Not coming back there.

        The tattooed lady (I'm sorry I can't remember your name) was absolutely fantastic. I had a big list items needed and we worked through it together. She had excellent product knowledge and was able to advise on grout colour too. She found everything I needed really efficiently and help load it all into the back of my truck. A totally stress free visit. Would definitely recommend!
