The Staff are great - particularly Jackie and Curtis. I am acknowledged when I arrive, shop, or leave! It is my 'Go to' shop. I am very poor but I enjoy the whole shopping experience with Tesco.

Was getting hopeful when read another users review about human resources starting to act on it but if that manager is still there, that's impossible unfortunately and disappointing. I have heard that some rude staff are still working in the shop even after it was temp shut down and now reopened. The problem is coming from the manager. This shop has caused extreme stress, trauma and illness and danger to our lives and affected my family and friends around me, it's that shocking! We are hurt and frustrated at the injustice of the corruption and still getting away with it! After us being nice, loyal, kind, gentle and polite customers for a long time here, and staff told us we were best customers, suddenly was taken over by a diff manager and new rude staff replacing, and the manager suddenly throwing older, nice and respectable staff who we were friends with for years and customers out for no reason! Don't think anything has changed? They need to put a different shop there altogether! Sticking with Morrisons in the meantime who act normal and treat you with respect! The manager is so helpful there and goes out of his way to help people! I have never ever had a shop treat us like this, they are very discriminatory against ill people also and are a nightmare!! Another customer even filmed them on his YouTube channel at the till as staff refused to serve him for being ill! #Disgusting Avoid!!

I have just been served in tesco express willowbrae rd. Young lady has been really nice, helpfull and enthusiastic. Most polite service i have received for a long time. Usually stuff is rude, unhelping and act like i bother them while shopping. Looks like human resources department started to act.
