Went in with two watches in need of new batteries. One was done on the spot for a very reasonable 5.00 and the other on closer inspection not only needed a new battery but the previous business who replaced the battery had misplaced a screw which had been replaced with a piece of sellotape. I was horrified at this as the previous business is a well known high street brand yet I was told that this is "a normal trick done by them". However I was kept in the loop as to the time it would take to source the screw and fit it and the new battery. (10.00) for both. Great thanks for carrying out the repairs and I'll definitely be back in the future. I'd far rather support a small independent like yourselves than a large High Street brand (opened in 1908) who cut corners on one of my favourite watches.

My diamond ring had a very small stone missing. Speedy repair and very reasonable cost. Lovely lady on front desk.

Great shop and friendly staff got a buckle ring sized to me a few years now and also had a few chains repaired with new clasps 1st Class work. Handed my big Saddle ring in on thursday to get it sized for me. So looking forward to getting it bck. Hopefully not long now.
