        Suspicious and disorganised cashier, confused by multiple conflicting computer systems. Could not find my order, had to substitute one of the bottles; accused me of having already picked it up before.

        Ordered a gift online for a family member to collect, the team helped with with a really convenient swap as one product was out of stock and even wrapped it a little for me! Super responsive and helpful, Ill pop in here in person next time Im in town.
