This is too good to even be a 1 star review I would never allow them to care for anyone again. First off the staff who run this care service are very rude they dont like criticism they shout at you like theyre a boss clearly are the boss of company but not of me, also the staff are not trained properly to do simple tasks common knowledge. Why would you not change pjs or bedding Simple task hair brushed every day and washed once a week at the least ( my mother is paralysed thats why I say once) Cream used when changing this is just the tip of pure neglect on the elderly they get paid to take care of.. They got paid for 45 minutes but done there job in 10 minutes and left I could go on but it would take me all dayI have photos to prove this its sad to see how the elderly are looked after
