Paid for a 2 bed and 3 bed apartment but only got 2 x 2 bed apartments. After being promised the refund for the cost difference since the second day back in May, still haven't received it! Returning in September but won't be using these again and my colleague who is going in December, I foray told her to use these as seemed great but have now told her to avoid so she's booked elsewhere now.
