Excellent, person-centred customer service from start to fitting. I checked with a few other companies before going with Tapi. They left by far and away the best impression. The service in their (Craigleith) Edinburgh store at Homebase was great, with a special mention to Kenny who sorted everything out easily and with great product knowledge. I was kept informed after ordering the carpet and a pleasant (and patient!) person phoned to arrange the fitting. From order to installation was less than two weeks. The independent fitters, Mikey and Richie - contracted through the Kinnaird Park branch - were top notch. Both were very professional and took pride in the job they made of fitting not only carpets in three bedrooms, staircase and landing, but also fitting a plywood cover over some shonky floorboards. When I came in from work they were vacuuming and putting furniture back, ready for me to start "moving" back in. In less than 5 hours I had beautiful carpet fitted and I couldn't be more pleased that I chose Tapi. I would not hesitate to recommend Tapi, especially as they use such good independently contracted fitters as Richie and Mikey. Date of experience: February 01, 2023

11 weeks waiting for tapicarpets to come fix one small piece of flooring.. Customer service constantly telking you the willcintact us.. Still waitung. Absolutely reduculous

I purchased the wrong type of flooring from Tapi. I tried to return the goods, but was told I would only receive 50% of the amount I had paid. I challenged this and was told that, unless the good were faulty, this was all I was entitled to. The policy is on Tapi's website but not on their Ts&Cs at point of sale, so be very sure that you are buying the right goods.
