Absolute worst service and MOT experience of my life. Took several days to get parts, then another three days to actually do the repairs on my van when it was meant to take one day and now there's an issue with it so I have to return it to the garage. Apparently the service also includes a free wash and vacuum. Well if you count spraying the vehicle for 30 seconds with a hose then yeah it does. Drove home yesterday and my hands were black from the amout of grease and dirt left on the steering wheel and handbrake. Absolutely no regard for customers and then charge you a fortune for the pleasure. Went here because this is where I bought my van, thinking I'd receive some sort of customer service for returning. Could not have been more wrong. Avoid.

I was out with my Daughter to buy a car. Explained that we were definitely going to be buying a car that evening , or first thing in the morning. The salesman was good, however we went out in a courtesy car, unaccompanied, and with only one trade plate displayed. My Daughter loved the car, and explained that we were just going to have a look at the competition. We did that, and this helped us to decide against purchasing anything else. We told the guy we'd be in touch first thing in the morning to confirm. However, on the drive back, my Daughter did an online check, and discovered that the Aberdeen branch had a much better offer. We immediately spoke with a guy there, who was absolutely fantastic. We agreed the deal with him first thing in the morning. The original guy emailed my Daughter, who explained the deal to him, he then said that they would be able to match the Aberdeen deal. Because the Aberdeen guy offered us the best deal straight away, and was upfront with my Daughter we stuck with him.
