Various family members have bought a few floors from here over the years and I should have left a review before now, but Ive just put down the latest one- an 18mm lacquered engineered oak herringbone - and it looks stunning. The price was good and when I finally got round to doing it it was easy to lay as its such a quality product. Across hundreds of boards there was only ONE flawed one and it was just the corner which got trimmed off anyway. John at the store is super helpful with advice and assistance both before and after the sale. I made a mess of one of the doorways and had to ask for a few more bits. Although it was months ago I bought the stuff, without any issue he found some from the same batch and gave me them. Defo going back.
