        Would give no stars if I could. Came in today and the 2 assistants spent the whole time chatting about their weekend while we were in, and we were the only ones in the store. When we went to pay the assistant made it clear we were an inconvenience to her. As a retail manager I was shocked by how poor the customer service was.

        Telephoned in advance to see if the products I required were in stock. Lovely assistant with an excellent telephone manner checked, confirmed they were and set aside for me. Picked them up shortly afterwards. Overall excellent customer service....and with a smile.

        Shocking customer service, absolutely disgusted. Made a pre-planned trip with my girlfriend, found nice stuff, only to discover that a) they were closing 1 hour earlier than advertised, b) they had closed the changing room 25mins before the "revised" closing time and wouldn't even let us in for 5 minutes. Then got an awful attitude and tone from server when trying to line things up over clothing to see if they might fit. Totally spoiled the day, don't bother.
