Sent wrong item and difficult to get a response. They expect me to pay return shipping even though they sent the complete wrong item. Still cant get a timely response. Terrible company.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THIS SHOP I ordered a pair of Denim jeans just before Christmas. They still had not arrived well into January. The shop gave me a tracking number for Royal Mail and when the tracking was checked it stated that Royal Mail were still waiting to scan it into their system. I managed to get the owner of the shop on the phone and asked him for an update. He told me that the parcels were picked up from his shop every afternoon and that I was not to worry as they were insured. This in itself set some alarm bells ringing in my head. He said that he would chase it up with Royal Mail and get back to me in a few days time. He did not. After several unanswered phone calls I started a PayPal case. He got back to me quickly after he had been notified of this. Again he blethered on about insurance and that I would not lose any money. He does not seem to understand any rights that I had as a consumer. Before taking out the PayPal case I told him that he had two choices: resend the jeans or give me my money back. If the PayPal case had not been successful in refunding the money he would have been quite happy with me being 147 out of pocket. The usual reply to a poor review from this guy is that he does not know who the customer is and the review must be for another shop. Well Alexander, I was a customer you were even able to tell me what I had ordered when I quoted my order reference the first time that I phoned. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Great gear for crossfit goes. Always has great items you can usually only get from America, so no import fees. A great go to place!
