        Unhelpful receptionist who made me feel stupid for not knowing exactly who to ask for help for an issue I've never had before, and this was after she hung up the first time I called. However, was called back later with the offer of an appointment, which was a positive response.

        Impossible to get an appointment, we call at 08, queue for 25min just to be told that they don't have more appointments for this week, and to call tomorrow at 8 again. This for three days is a roll.

        Absolutely shambolic. Dialled in at 08:00 and started at number 18 in the line. Got to number one only for it to spend 7 minutes ringing and no answer before getting cut off. Called back in again same deal. 78 times in one morning to call and get a hold of someone only to find I cant make the appointments required for medications and treatment for organ failure. Absolute shambolic performance and not one Im likely to stay registered with at this rate
