As a tourist coming to visit Edinburgh I had really bad experience and bitter memory due to staff working in this shop. My mum who doesnt speak much english was treated really badly and asked not to touch the cloth rather tell them before they do, I stepped in on right time and saved my mum from the humiliation and abuse from the staff. I would not recommend this shop as staff are really rude and doesnt treat you with dignity. I wish i could give negative star.

It is a scam for tourists. No refunds allowed in a touristic place. I feel very cheated. Avoid this store and its related stores at all cost!!!

Great shop and great customer service, looked around and saw some nice Mens Harris Tweed jackets bought a nice pair of gloves. Great sale prices on select sizes!! Highly recommended
