        The woman who works in here most days (brown haired bob older woman) is consistently unfriendly and almost rude I have been in many times and it is always the same.Her manner is officious and it seems as if any question you ask is inconveniencing her greatly. She makes you feel as if the only thing you should be doing is getting out the shop which is upsetting. I love the products in Time and Tide so recommend going down to North Berwick where the staff have always been lovely !

        Returned throws due to the poor quality. Bobbled and worn after 4 months. I was denied a refund due to the fact they were sold in perfect condition and I was returning a product that was wasnt in the condition I bought them. I was accused of washing them, which didnt happen as they were wool. Multiple times I was accused of this. Disgusting customer service. Credit note is not what I wanted. Shame on you time and tide
