Contacted to arrange for car heating to be fixed, seemed happy enough said would have a quote for me within the hour, 24hrs later no response.. Chased no response. Its OK to not do a job but to ignore customers is indefensible. No need for it really I'm sure he wouldn't be best pleased if customers ignored him at payment time. Customer service is paramount and unfortunately this instance and from what the reviews are saying its a bit of a regular occurrence. Avoid at all costs.

I have used David for possibly 10 years. He came out today to help with a mechanical issue. He comes to the house, does an excellent job and when there is an urgent issue will make time to help. I would thoroughly recommend David to you.

I've used David Stein Auto Services for over 20 years and would never go anywhere else. David comes to my home or workplace as requested, does first class work and charges reasonable rates. He has rescued me from breakdowns when I let my breakdown policy expire. I've found him on my lawn welding a part which could not be sourced in time to repair it to get me mobile again. Innovative, creative and caring service.

Fast, effecient and reasonably priced. A first class mechanic. Will certainly be using this company from on.
