        I was having issues with my shoulder and pain down my arm and Catriona really got to the root of the problem with her massaging skills. She also explained how to sit at my desk to avoid the issue happening again.

        I cant recommend Catriona highly enough. She has been a miracle worker for me after i developed a horrendously sore shoulder. I struggled to do most daily tasks but after getting monthly massages from Catriona i can now do everything without pain and can even push swings for the children i look after.

        I have a really bad shoulder impingement and am in quite alot of pain and have lost movement. Exercises are not making any difference. I have been to see Catriona twice. The massage sessions are making a huge difference, each time, the improvement is noticeable. Catriona is lovely, friendly and puts you at ease. I am definitely going back. I can't recommend her enough.
