I had an extremely sore lower back which wasn't really responding to the usual battery of pain killers including co-codamol so contacted Calm Blue, briefly described my symptoms and was recommended to meet Alison Brown. Incredibly well qualified going by the Diplomas on the wall, she asked about the nature of the pain etc and then proceeded to work not only on the area itself but also on the muscles that she reckoned were at the root cause of the issue. Long story short, some improvement on the day itself though pain-relief drug free from the following day onwards. I was given some exercises to follow up on which should assist in preventing a recurrence. In essence, excellent.
