39steps

I first worked with 39Steps about 10 years ago, when I commissioned Julie and the team to create a new website for my young company. Fast forward to emerging from the pandemic, it was time for a complete brand refresh and a new website, and there was only one name in the frame from my perspective. The brilliant team at 39 Steps helped me navigate the letting go of our old look and feel (not easy for a founder), and the creation of a new vibrant brand that is such a great reflection of who we are, what we do and what we stand for. That was only possible because Julie and the team took the time and trouble to REALLY understand us and our business. The team created a clear and impactful website, which we're proud to tell our clients about. And we've been bowled over by positive feedback from our clients. It's pretty nerve-wracking to really put yourself out there and own your space in the market, and we felt thoroughly supported at every step. Julie and the team made the whole process easy, and we had a bit of fun along the way. I wouldn't trust anyone else with something as important as my business identity, and I couldn't recommend 39Steps more.

The team at 39 Steps are a pleasure to work with and so full of energy & passion. Every member of the team brings a wealth of industry knowledge, skill and wise guidance which we found invaluable during our full rebrand and design of our new website. We now have a superb new website and a brand that rocks!! Next up its all things marketing and we cant wait to be back up in Edinburgh to see this lovely bunch of people!!

Having had a truly awful experience with our previous Glasgow - based web design agency - it has been a joy to work with this experienced, energetic and diligent bunch of awesome cool dudes!! As our new website and branding project nears it's conclusion - we look forward to continuing a great working relationship! Big fat gold star especially to Eri.
