I highly recommend LJR no matter how large - or as in our case how small - your research budget is....
Visitor research doesn't have to cost a fortune! We piggybacked on the established Edinburgh Visitor Survey by adding a few questions ... the results have been very useful - and encouraging. We are looking to do something similar elsewhere in Scotland this coming visitor season.
