        The female staff in the morning on Saturday 17th Dec is very rude. She tried to separate our items into two items so they can earn more money. When I asked why she did that, she started to raise her voice at me asking do you want to go somewhere else? You are the one who is complaining". This is a scam of overcharging and also unacceptable service. I hope the owner would take this issue seriously.

        I would highly recommend this location to leave your luggage. It was 5 a day per bag. The desk was manned by a very helpful, friendly and professional staff member. Our bags were kept safely while we enjoyed the city before our flight. Its in a great location just steps from the royal mile, close to waverly and close to the radisson where you can easily get a taxi.
