Advice from retailer using UPS to send item was "As best practice, get a drop-off receipt to ensure your package has been properly received" - Please Note this UPS Customer Centre will not give you a drop-off receipt - So absolutely no proof of drop off if you are dropping off package for someone else. You can simply improve your service by offering a drop-off receipt for those who ask for one when dropping off a package.

Parcel received and item inside was damaged, They messed up the return as well as the delivery , As such I'm out of pocket, All along UPS denied I handed the package over 14th Febuary 2023, But yet redelivered it to me 3rd of April 2023, 48 days to cover a grand distance of 3.5 miles , all because the shopkeeper at the UPS collection centre which is a newspaper shop Failed to apply the sending label , rather than take blame for themselves they blamed me , I have the package back and there is absolutely no evidence of additional labels being added , .its a shame a company as large as UPS cannot take responsibility for themselves but if they did they would be bankrupt as our finicial losses are how their profits are made

I receive regular parcel via UPS and I can say with hand on heart not one has gone to plan! I end up chasing the parcel around, calling customer service, calling in at the depot, waiting in for delivery.this is the Edinburgh office.
