As a charity that has been using Boxmove for the last 4 months and I would say we're happy with the service they provide. The feedback from our customers has been extremely positive.

If I could give a zero, I would! I contacted my local Hospice as I had some good furniture that I wished to donate. Boxmove was scheduled to collect on 8th April but the evening before, I received a text to cancel due to issues with a van. Fair enough, can't be helped. Rescheduled for tomorrow (22.4.23) but have received another text tonight to cancel, again with issues with a van. They have Rescheduled for Tuesday 25th and to call if not convenient. It is not convenient as I have to be out of my house by 25th April as I'm moving. Cannot get hold of them to cancel. Am now left with furniture that I need to get rid of. It is quality furniture that I will end up just giving away as I need it gone ASAP. I'm saddened as I wanted the hospice to benefit as my dad had received great care before he passed away and I wanted to give something back.

Dont ever work or use this company, I completed a trail shift with them (they pay for your trail shift) still received nothing and the owner has blocked me on all platforms. Absolute shocking company.

Very poor experience indeed. Despite the charity entering full details of the number of items to be collected and that it was in a block of flats, the logistics company had allowed the collection men only the same amount of time as a one item collection from a house. Ridiculous. As a result the men were unwilling to take anything at all. We persuaded them to take one item and took two to van ourselves. Wished we hadn't. By the time the 3 items reached the shop they had been badly scratched. Charities should reconsider using these people. It's not working for donors and charity loses out as a result by not getting saleable items and having the value diminished by poor handling.
