Let me start by saying my challenge was not your typical run if the mill locksmith challenge. I have an ex-armoured security vehicle that I am transforming into a campervan. It has a side door that up until this morning would not open for love nor money. It comprises of deadbolts, an electromagnetic lock and a chubb lock (which I subsequently found out is the type used in secure cash rooms!). Orson turned up at the time he said he would (always a good start). He immediately took a good look and got to understanding the problem. He suggested a couple of options, including a range of costs (good given the current cost of living situation). I chose one and then he set to work. In under an hour I had a working secure door, news keys and a new handle. Honestly this experience has made my week. I'm keeping the phone number in my phone as Orson THE Locksmith. What a legend. Professional, polite and just a nice person. Thank you! I can thoroughly recommend!
