Excellent service. Derrick was responsive with replying to my messages and arrived within the time window he gave me. Our job required various faults being mended for a combination of nine different flats; Derrick managed to mend them all within a 2.5 hour window. Hes obviously very knowledgeable about all manner of intercom systems, including Victorian tenement properties like ours. Prices were good value too. Derek helped get our building intercom fixed around six months ago, and was friendly, on-time and reasonably priced. He's since helped me avoid another callout by diagnosing an issue and speedily giving me advice on how to solve the problem, all via email.
