Timpson Locksmiths and Safe Engineers

I don't normally write reviews; but having seen that there was one bad review (and no others) after I'd put my stuff in, I thought I'd pay particular attention to the service. Well, it was good. Three suits came back from dry-cleaning quickly and a pair of shoes repaired successfully. Guy was friendly and chatty - turns out he'd previously served the cast of Game of Thrones in a previous role without realising it. Overall a good experience.

Avoid. Rudest staff I've ever experienced. Brought in a watch to get a battery replacement and was talked down to about how cheap and rubbish my designer watch was because it wasn't a proper watch company. Utterly insensitive, it was a gift from a loved one and I didn't go to get a battery to be told about how worthless it was. The guy should not be customer facing, I'll be avoiding all Timsons if this is the sort of staff they hire. If you go just be prepared to justify why you own a watch and how your blinded by brands and just like the rest! I was made to feel that I was stupid to own or buy brand name watches. So uncalled for.
