        Poor standard of service. Booked to come out to a job, but didn't turn up and didn't call to inform he couldn't make it. Had a tenant locked out and a dog stuck in the flat and, 3 hours later, had a to start looking for another locksmith.

        Fast efficient service , Frank is very polite professional and tidy . Job involved a little joinery which he came prepared for with some wood snd tools . He also takes card payments . Very happy with service .
