Steve managed to fit me in on various occasions over the last couple of months where we had an intermittent problem with our stairwell intercom and spent time getting to the bottom of it some of which he did for free- suffice to say the problem is now solved and my tenants as well as the entire stairwells are now happy because they can open the main door again. A couple of the other landlords in the stairwell had asked their property management company to resolve it but they had just blamed the handsets and changed them over and not looked into or resolved the crux of the matter. Steve was extremely helpful, professional, well priced and turned up when he said he would and, most importantly, he was super polite which is always a bonus when you are dealing with tenants from several flats with different landlords. I will be using Steve again for any issues with the intercom in the future or for when we might need a new one fitted. Service: Security door locks

Was needing my intercom fixed and searched for someone to come and fix it. Gave SPSS a call in the evening and spoke to Steve detailing the problem. He understood the issue and agreed to come and carry out an investigation. Delighted to arrange an appointment for the very next day. Steve arrived and within a short period had found the issue. Having the parts in his van he was able to fix my problem promptly. Awesome service both quick and friendly. Cost was very reasonable and no fixed call out charge! Very impressed overall.
