        Such a dodgy company. Had issues with our neighbour where he reported we water damaged his house then a year after this reported damage we received a letter from this company. Nobody could tell us what was going on but they were demanding a substantial amount of money. I called to see what was going on and was passed from person to person with no clear answer. The letter was from someone called Elaine who I think may have been a friend of our neighbour trying to intimidate us as a scare tactic. A year on and weve heard nothing more. I reported to a fraud team for investigation.
