LAW is unprofessional and biased. If you value your employees or volunteers do not engage Law At Work. I was interviewed by them as part of a grievance process and was completely disregarded from start to finish. The notes taken by the interviewer were an absolute mess: they were full of mistakes, judgements, evaluations and were missing swathes of what I had said. The final report that was submitted favored the other party heavily and contained many factual errors. I provided the correct information in my interview: this information is also readily available online. The interviewer simply took the word of the other party because he was in a senior position. They did not value accuracy. They valued the word of a senior manager over a junior manager. I was a victim reporting a senior manager for relentless harassment and bullying. Law At Work did not treat my grievance as legimitate from the beginning; they treated the senior manager with deference and respect. Their processes are rushed and biased. Do not employ their services.
