Mike at My Probate Partner was excellent helping me complete my confirmation which I needed after my dad passed away leaving me his house. The guide step by step and having mike who was always available to help, allowed me successfully to acquire the confirmation FIRST TIME. Using My Probate Partner and submitting the confirmation to the sheriff court was by far the cheapest than any other service I researched and within weeks I had the documents. Couldn't recommend enough 10/10

And suddenly the application for Confirmation became so much easier - excellent service - cant fault it - form accepted straight away by the courts

My mother passed whilst we were in process of selling her house to pay nursing home fees. Power of Attorney ceases on death so we spoke to her solicitors about getting confirmation and advised that it would "take as long as it takes" and they could not give a cost. I turned to My Probate Partner and with their help and advice I had C1 form ready to file. I took that and the original will to relevant Sheriff court on a Tuesday and confirmation was issued within 24 hours which I received in post on the Thursday. With the confirmation we were able to get the property sale back on track which was great since the young couple had already put everything in place to move in. Great Service
