We have just completed the purchase of a flat in Edinburgh. Huge thanks to Urquharts, and in particular Alison Grandison, for her superbly professional and friendly service throughout. Moving here from England, she gave us clear advice at the outset on how the conveyancing system works in Scotland. When we found a property, her guidance on the offer was invaluable.
