We used Sayer Burnett to buy our first home. Chris was very helpful and friendly from the beginning. The quote came back within hours and was clearly broken down. Despite hold ups from the mortgage provider, Chris kept everything to the timetable that worked for us. Always very quick to respond to email and there was always someone who would pick up the phone even on the weekend. We would recommend Sayer Burnett and we will use them again.

My first venture into the property market was made easy by Chris at Sayer Burnett. Chris was always available to answer queries, however trivial, and was always prompt and polite in responding. He took time to take me through the process and made sure I understood what was happening at each step and for a very reasonable fee. If in the future I find myself looking to purchase property again I will be certain to return to Sayer Burnett after their outstanding service.
