Put my property on the market in June 2022. The estate agency team were very efficient and responsive. The legal side was less so. Not the standard of service I would have expected based on the previous reviews.

Terrible service. No communication. Calls not returned, emails not responded so I changed company. Would not recommend.

If you've found Blair Cadell Solicitors, consider yourself lucky because you're in good hands. I couldn't be more impressed with the care and attention I received from Andrew at Blair Cadell. He has been very attentive to my case from the first phone call, and was generous with his advice even before he officially agreed to act on my behalf. I felt that he genuinely cared about the case. That makes a difference. I've used many solicitors over the years and he's the best by far. Would definitely go back to him should another opportunity arise. I recommend him highly and without reservation.

Our daughter used Blair Cadells services when she bought a flat in Edinburgh at the end of last year. In particular, she found that Adele was very approachable throughout the process and dealt with any problems in a timely, thoughtful and professional manner. Consequently, when we bought a new house recently, we had no hesitation in asking her to act for us. We couldnt recommend BC and Adele highly enough. She was always there for us!

This was my first house selling experience and I was quite anxious about the whole process. I needn't have been because the people at Blair Cadell held my hand throughout. From the people in the office at Harrison Gardens, Jamie, Jemma and Kirsty to the conveyancing solicitors, Adele and Andrew; all were supremely helpful, friendly, polite, professional, reassuring and attentive to detail, exactly the qualities you need when getting the perfect deal for you as a seller. Their fees are worth it because in the end you get the price you want. In my case, I got a cash purchaser who lived round the corner and who paid EXACTLY what I wanted. Queries are dealt with promptly and if there are any changes you want made to the selling material, they are carried out speedily as well. They know the local market better than anyone. I would thoroughly recommend them!
