I have used a broker this time and they asked me to use a Glasgow solicitor who have been nothing but hassle - we have been 2 months getting nowhere it seems. I'm now arrange for Faye and Liz to help me out with getting the mortgage offer over the line.

Laura Hunter, Andersonbain's Estate Agent dealing with the sale of my flat, provided excellent service, advice, and guidance. It wasn't an easy job since the property was Shared Ownership, meaning a smaller pool of eligible buyers and requirements they needed to meet. She stuck with it, friendly, knowledgeable and professional to the last, and we were able to take the first offer through to completion.
While we hope to be in our new home for some time, we won't hesitate to contact Andersonbain in the future if the need arises.

I will most certainly use Neil again in future should the need arise. I've also given my friend, who is selling a property in August/September, a glowing reference. He has just met Neil as he had to drop in the keys of the flat and liked him immediately. After consulting me he has decided to use his services also.
The price is as competitive as there is in the market and I seriously doubt whether any of the bigger companies, who charge more, could have provided a better service.
I also won't hesitate to recommend Neil to any other friends or work colleagues who are involved in a property sale / purchase in future.
