        Horrendous treatment by these people. Their solicitor was absolutely unprofessional on a number of accounts, including: * Continuously misgendering me * Making me feel bad for the crime of being too poor to afford a lawyer * Making inappropriate references to my private medical information I would avoid like the plague, especially for any issues involving equality or diversity issues, as they are clearly too privileged to understand or care about these issues. Their response to my complaint was dismissive and factually incorrect. All I wanted was a proper apology, but I didn't even get that. Avoid at all costs!
