This is an obstruction of justice and is criminal, it is unfortunately rife with Edinburgh solicitors. "I would not be able to present any appeal based upon a suggestion of defective representation where the agents criticised are in the same faculty as me, as is the case here. To do so may create an impression of a conflict of interests." Patterson, you are not above the law, this will not end here.
