I needed help renovating a rental property. Emma was unable to take on the full project management at the time, but instead acted as a consultant throughout the whole process. She offered guidance, support, trusted traders to work with, and was at the end of the phone to answer all my questions. Once the renovation was complete, Emma stepped in to stage the property to perfection, it looked stunning and it was let within a week of going on the market. Oh my goodness, Emma is a magician! She took our flat which was a bit tired after six years of being rented out and transformed it into a beautiful property that we could put on the market. We had 22 viewings, and are delighted to be under offer within seven weeks, which is particularly impressive as the Edinburgh housing market is really unpredictable at the moment. Nothing was too much trouble for Emma and her team: efficient, expert, quick and charming, she was a joy to work with. She even arranged a sparkle clean when the flat was a bit grubby after the decorating. Every detail was covered, even down to fresh croissants in the kitchen and personal touches throughout. I cant recommend Emma highly enough!
