For some reason, my initial review and 5 star evaluation doesn't hold true anymore. I've had to cancel an insurance following a business closure two months ago and after tens of calls and emails, I still haven't received the refund I'm due. Every time I call I'm redirected to a call center who pretend to be the actual company (which is obviously easy to detect it's fake) and almost no replies to my emails. Extremely hard to get in touch with Gareth for most of July and August. To say I'm disappointed is quite an understatement, beyond the fact I've lost money in this story. I wouldn't recommend anymore. ------------------ Great and efficient service. I received all the information needed and a great follow-up afterwards

A fantastic service every time I deal with Gateway Insurance. Proffesional, helpful and always delivers what they promise. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
